About Me
Dr Daryna Rudolph (ABN: 28919568354) is a General Practitioner and Fellow of both the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FRNZCGP) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (FACNEM).
Dr Rudolph began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition before completing her medical degree at the University of Otago, New Zealand, in 2012. She subsequently undertook her junior doctor training across several major hospitals in Auckland, gaining broad clinical experience in General Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Older People’s Health, Paediatrics, Mental Health, and General Surgery. During this time, she particularly valued her work at Starship Children’s Hospital and later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics.
Over the past five years, Dr Rudolph has developed a strong interest in cosmetic medicine and completed her Professional Diploma of Aesthetic Medicine in 2023. She further advanced her skills through training with Alkira, one of Australia’s leading cosmetic medicine education providers, where she gained valuable hands-on experience.
Dr Rudolph is passionate about delivering holistic, patient-centred care and believes that optimal health is achieved through supporting both internal wellbeing and external confidence. Reflecting this philosophy, she offers integrative medicine consultations alongside comprehensive general practice care, providing a personalised approach that considers lifestyle, nutrition, preventative health strategies, and the underlying factors contributing to illness.
Alongside standard medical testing, Dr Rudolph also offers access to a range of specialised functional and integrative investigations when appropriate. These tests can help explore aspects of health that are not always assessed in routine consultations, providing additional information about areas such as nutrition, digestive health, hormones, and metabolism. This information can then be used to create a more tailored and holistic treatment plan for each patient.
In 2026, Dr Rudolph was awarded Fellowship of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (FACNEM), further strengthening her expertise in evidence-based integrative and functional medicine. She values ACNEM’s commitment to rigorous, science-based education and its focus on addressing the root causes of disease while maintaining the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
Her special interests include Women’s Health, Integrative and Functional Medicine, Nutrition, Preventative Medicine, Cosmetic Medicine, Paediatrics, and Family Planning.
Outside of medicine, Dr Rudolph enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as running, Pilates, baking, and travelling.
