About Me
I began my career with a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Queensland, working for several years as a registered nurse. During that time, I developed a deep appreciation for the transformative impact of physiotherapy, which led me to complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University.
My physiotherapy practice combines a strong hands-on approach with individualised exercise prescription and preventative health strategies. I work collaboratively with each client to identify the cause of their concerns, support effective recovery, and help them achieve their personal health and movement goals. I utilise a range of treatment techniques including dry needling, exercise rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy(such as massage and stretching), and joint mobilisation.
While I treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe, I have a particular interest in neck pain, headaches, and migraine management. Outside of work, I enjoy CrossFit, discovering new places with friends, and spending time with my greyhound "Judy"
