Who Can Benefit from Seeing a Dietitian?

Dietitian services are appropriate for individuals at every stage of life. You do not need a GP referral to book directly with Sam, though a referral may support Medicare rebate eligibility under certain care plans. Speak with our Patient Advocates when booking for guidance on your individual circumstances.

What to Expect at Your Dietitian Appointment

During your initial consultation, Sam will take the time to understand your medical history, lifestyle, dietary habits, and health goals. A tailored nutrition plan will then be developed that is realistic and aligned with your individual needs.

Ongoing support and follow-up appointments help you stay on track, adapt your plan as your needs evolve, and build long-term habits and confidence. Sam provides ongoing guidance and practical support to keep you moving forward.
