Our GPs and allied health team are all registered DVA service providers, meaning eligible veteran card holders can access a broad range of healthcare services at our clinic with their DVA cover. General practice consultations, routine and complex GP appointments covered under DVA arrangements for eligible card holders. Coordinated Veterans' Care (CVC) plans, our GPs offer CVC plans for eligible Gold Card and White Card holders, providing proactive, planned care for veterans living with chronic conditions. Allied health services, access to a range of allied health practitioners within our team, all registered as DVA providers, supporting holistic care across physical and mental health needs. Mental health support, including GP mental health treatment plans and referrals to DVA-approved mental health practitioners, recognising the unique psychological challenges that can affect the veteran community. Chronic disease management, coordinated, ongoing care for veterans managing long-term health conditions, supported by our multidisciplinary team. Preventive health and health assessments, regular health checks and preventive care tailored to the specific health needs of the veteran population.

The Coordinated Veterans' Care (CVC) program is a DVA-funded initiative designed to support Gold Card and White Card holders who are living with one or more chronic health conditions. Under a CVC plan, your GP works with you and your broader healthcare team to develop a personalised, proactive care plan, with the aim of keeping you well and reducing the need for unplanned hospital admissions.
