Intrauterine device (IUD) insertion, including both hormonal and copper IUDs, for patients seeking highly effective, low-maintenance contraception. IUD removal, for patients wishing to have their IUD removed, whether due to expiry, a change in contraceptive preference, or plans to conceive. Contraceptive implant insertion (Implanon), a small, flexible rod inserted under the skin of the upper arm, providing up to three years of contraceptive protection. Contraceptive implant removal, safe removal of an existing Implanon device when it is due for replacement or no longer required.
