Breast Health Services at Next Practice Newstead

• Routine breast health checks: a thorough clinical breast examination to assess overall breast health, identify any changes or areas of concern, and provide clear guidance on self-examination techniques and ongoing monitoring.
• Breast implant checks: dedicated consultations for patients with breast implants, assessing implant integrity, surrounding tissue health, and any symptoms or concerns that may have developed since surgery. Regular implant reviews are approached with thoroughness and sensitivity.
• Assessment of breast changes: careful clinical evaluation of new or changing symptoms including lumps, skin changes, nipple discharge, asymmetry, or breast pain, with appropriate investigation and referral arranged where indicated. If you have noticed something that concerns you, we encourage you not to wait.
• Referrals for imaging and specialist care: arranged promptly where further investigation is required, including breast ultrasound, mammography, or review by a specialist breast surgeon or breast physician.
